2-C was established to provide the public with high quality trail horses and mules for all ages and skill levels. Owners Chris and Britney Alexander strive to match the perfect horse to the rider. We live by our motto to make sure everyone is happy. Chris grew up in the spotted horse industry and has over 40 years of training experience not to mention over 30 years of experience as a farrier. So he knows his stuff when it comes to horses and mules. He gives credit to his mother, Linda Bedwell, for beginning him in the saddle at a very young age. She even shares stories of packing his diapers and bottles in the saddle bags. His step-dad, Dicky Bedwell, taught him the value of hard work, being true to his word, and the love of a good horse no matter what the breed.

Britney is a 7th grade school teacher by trade but has a deep love for horses and training colts. They met on a horse ride and married a few years later. With their children, Heidi (11 years old), Bradley (8 years old), Maggie (19 months), and little Ruby (that is due in October), they enjoy horse riding near their home in the short mountain community. They also have several other "adopted kids" who love to ride and help around the farm to help keep things running smoothly and to learn more about horses.
